century 19th

The 19th century was a very different time from ours because it is a very old time and many things have changed since then. When we talk about ancient times, many data seem astonishing because many things have evolved. Today we live in the age of technology because we have advanced so much in that sense that in our day to day we need technology.

everyday life in the 19th century depends a lot on their social class, the upper class led a very comfortable life, the lower class was discriminated against and could not relate to the upper class, women at that time did not have many rights and men only  looked at them as housewives and that was the only thing they could do, only men had the right to study despite the fact that there were no schools, clothing was very different, especially that of women who only wore dresses. The dress reached to the ankle and they used large shawls to cover themselves, the men dressed very elegantly in coats, politics influenced fashion a lot, children were taught to work from an early age and women were taught to be housewives and upper class children. They had servants and babysitters, they bathed in oil because they thought that water could make them sick, their methods of transportation were horses, and those of the upper class were corpses, those of the middle class were more dedicated to being merchants and their parties were very elegant with many dances and many meals.

Today's lifestyle has changed in every way, it is assumed that social status does not exist but continues to exist but not as marked as before, discrimination is also something that occurs a lot today but there have been changes, the women have the same rights as men, but machismo continues to occur, now all over the world there is good education in relation to schools and colleges, now women can go as far as a man can and dress as they want , fashion nowadays changes a lot, now we all bathe and we have more personal hygiene measures. The biggest change is technology because now we live in urban places, there are cars, planes, smart phones, computers and in conclusion at this time technology advances more and more.

In conclusion, if I had to choose when to live I would choose today because there is more freedom and you have more possibilities every day to go very far if you set your mind to it and I really like technology.
